GO Transit 1100-1114
GO Transit 1100-1114 were T8H-5307A built in 1977 by General Motors Diesel Division. When some of GO Transit's operations were contracted out, this series was run by Travelways.
Buses in this series were equipped with air conditioning and were set up in a transit configuration which included centre doors, but no opening windows and high backed seats.
Some units from this series went to Mississauga Truck & Bus after retirement, and were subsequently resold to new owners.
Units 1102 and 1111 made an appearance in the 2001 film The Royal Tenenbaums. They were lettered for "Green Line", a fictitious company likely inspired by Green Bus Lines. The buses retained their GO Transit livery, numbers, Ontario provincial flag, and various stickers. They were apparently owned privately in New Jersey.
