"It's an unattributed real photo postcard, unused with a stamp box that may be circa the late 1920s. With the subjects appearing to be officials of the rail line, it may have been taken by the rail line or was sponsored by the rail line.
Hopefully you can decipher Britannia in the enlarged, cropped image. There's also what appears to be a signature orb-like decoration on the top as well.
Because of the number we thought that it might be one of the picture-less 600 types."
