The E-Z Rider II was available with front and/or center doors that are able to accommodate ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps. The bus was available with a number of floor plans and could accommodate up to 41 seated passengers.

In 2005, ElDorado National launched the E-Z Rider II MAX which had a redesigned front end. They continued to sell the E-Z Rider II alongside the E-Z Rider II MAX until 2007.
