Buses on the 918A branch then operate east on 76 Avenue, south on 172 Street, west on 57 Avenue, and north on 178 Street to 76 Avenue; buses on the 918B branch follow the reverse routing. Both branches then operate north on 178 Street and east on 87 Avenue back to West Edmonton Mall.

Route 918 serves the neighbourhoods of Thorncliff, Aldergrove, Callingwood North, Callingwood South, Gariepy, Dechene, Ormsby Place, and Lymburn.
