The route 923 Bayly is a cross-regional route from Durham Region Transit (DRT) operated by DRT's Westney Division.

The route 923 links Ajax and Pickering to Scarborough via Bayly Street, Pickering Parkway, Glenanna Road, and Kingston Road. The eastern terminus of the route is at Ajax GO, and its western terminus is at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus where passengers can connect to the TTC. The route also serves Pickering Parkway Terminal and Pickering GO Station.
Regional Council and DRT’s Transit Executive Committee approved the route and other service changes in February 2012. The route 923 began service on July 2 of that year.
Until May 4th 2015, this route used to continue east on Bayly Street to Audley Road. New frequencies on Route 222 cut this portion of the route.
