The 411 South Courtice originally interlined with 408 Stevenson and 412 Adelaide until July 1st, 2013, when the Oshawa system underwent routing changes. The route originally carried a #11 until a #4 was added to all Oshawa Routes in 2008. On June 27th 2016, Major changes occurred to many routes throughout the region and this route was renamed to #411 South Courtice
