The 410 runs north from the Oshawa Centre Terminal, to Harmony Terminal. The route runs mainly along Olive, Harmony and Grandview North streets. Route is reversed for southbound routing. The 410 connects passengers from the north east end of Oshawa, to the Oshawa Centre Terminal. The 410 interlines with 403 Park at the Oshawa Centre Terminal.
The route originally carried a #10 until a #4 was added to all Oshawa Routes in 2008.
