Durham Region Transit route 103 was a route that operated in Pickering, Ontario, Canada.
Route details
Route 103 served Glenanna Road, Strouds Lane, Altona Road, and the western neighbourhoods of Pickering. It had two branches which had alternating service.
From Pickering Parkway Terminal, trips on the 103 branch operated west on Pickering Parkway, north on Liverpool Road, west on Glenanna Road, south on Fairport Road, west on Strouds Lane, south on Whites Road, west on Kingston Road, and north on Altona Road to Finch Avenue, looping via west on Finch Avenue, south on Woodview Avenue, west and south on Pine Grove Avenue, west, south and east on Valley Ridge Crescent, east on Hogarth Street, north on Woodview Avenue, and east on Waterford Gate to Altona Road. Trips on the 103A branch follow the 103 routing to Strouds Lane and Whites Road, then continue west on Strouds Lane to Altona Road, then following the looping. Trips typically return to Pickering Parkway Terminal via the opposite branch.

History
- May 4, 2015 - Major route realignment and extension to Rouge Hill GO Station; replaces portions of routes 109, 114D, and 116.
- June 8, 2020 - Route suspended due to reduced ridership following the COVID-19 pandemic.
- October 4, 2021 - Service resumed, with a revised routing through central Pickering, revised operating periods, and no longer serves the City of Toronto.
- January 2, 2023 - AM and PM peak routing extended to Finch and Altona area.
- June 19, 2023 - Branch letters reorganized.
- September 5, 2023 - Midday trips extended to Finch and Altona; 103C and 103D branches discontinued.
- January 2, 2024 - Route suspended in order to reallocate service to busier routes; replaced by route 121.
