Detroit Department of Transportation 3975-3989 were 2004 New Flyer Industries D40LF buses built in Crookston, Minnesota.

Five of these buses were sent to the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation in November 2013 and became their 6000 series.[1] All 15 buses in this series were ultimately retired by 2018.
