Detroit Department of Transportation 2300-2309 are 2023 New Flyer Industries XD40 buses.[1]

They are the second DDOT buses to feature those exact fleet numbers, which were previously used by 1966 GMC TDH-5303 New Look buses.

These will be used to retire remaining units in the 2010 New Flyer Industries D40LF order.
