City of Santa Clarita Transit

City of Santa Clarita Transit is the transit system serving the City of Santa Clarita, California and nearby surrounding unincorporated areas. The system is operated and maintained by MV Transportation.

History

The City of Santa Clarita assumed responsibility for local transit in 1991 from Los Angeles County.

In mid-2007 Santa Clarita Transit underwent a re-branding. It became known as "City of Santa Clarita Transit" and buses received a new green and blue livery reflecting the colors of the city logo. The majority of the fleet has received this livery. Bus stop signs in a design similar to the new bus livery were also installed.
