Charterways Transportation was a coach, transit and school bus operator in Ontario, Canada. It was one of a few sub-contractors to GO Transit for their bus service during GO's early years.

They operated airline express services to Toronto (Pearson) Airport, branded "Airline Service" with buses lettered as such (some show "operated by Air Terminal Transit, Malton Ontario" early on). It operated airport buses from Toronto (express from major downtown hotels and York Mills subway), Oshawa (service via Ajax, Whitby and Scarborough), and Hamilton (via Burlington and Oakville). It also operated an inter-terminal shuttle service at Pearson.

Charterways had a "Canada Tour" division that handled group bus tours throughout North America. Some buses were lettered as such.

In the 1980's, their offices and yard were located at 6020 Indian Line Road, Mississauga, Ontario.

• Acquired St. Thomas Coach Lines in the mid 1960s.
• Bought Niagara Coach Lines in 1968.
• Bought Burley Bus Lines's Cobourg area operations in 1970 and the Kitchener/Waterloo operations in 1977.
• Highway Division was sold to Chatham Coach Lines in 1987.
• Acquired the school bus operations of Carleton Bus Lines in June 1994.
• Acquired and absorbed into Laidlaw's transit operations in August 1996.
