The Champion Bus CTS RE is a large rear engine, medium-duty transit and shuttle bus available in Canada and the United States. It is built on the Freightliner XB-R chassis (XB 555R, XB 655R or XB 755R variants). Like all of Champion's buses, the body uses a 1.5x1.5-inch 16 gauge galvanized steel tube structure. The exterior body panels are of galvanized steel and glass reinforced polymer.
