Route 4 operates between Mount Pleasant GO Station and Brampton Gateway Terminal, travelling mostly on Chinguacousy Road between Steeles Avenue West and Wanless Drive. It also provides service on Steeles Avenue West between Main Street South and Chinguacousy Road, Wanless Drive, Creditview Road, and Brisdale Drive. Only northbound buses pass through Sheridan College. Branch 4A provides limited service on Creditview Road, Fairhill Avenue and Worthington Avenue, and operates until 9pm on weekdays and 8pm on Saturdays. It does not operate on Sundays.
