History
- May 1, 2024 - Route was introduced as Brampton Transit took over operations of the Bolton Line. Route 41 provides new service along Healey Road, Holland Drive, Coleraine Drive, and George Bolton Parkway to industrial areas in southwestern Bolton. Only six round trips on weekdays are operated on the route, with three in the morning and another three in the afternoon.
