Route 3 operates between Brampton Gateway Terminal and Heart Lake Terminal, running mainly on McLaughlin Road. It also provides service on Wanless Drive between McLaughlin Road North and Hurontario Street, Hurontario Street between Wanless Drive and Sandalwood Parkway, and Sandalwood Parkway East between Hurontario Street and Conestoga Drive. Only northbound buses pass through Sheridan College. Branch 3A provides limited northbound and southbound service through Flower City Community Campus.
