Route 29 operates between Mount Pleasant GO Station and eastern Brampton. The route mainly follows Williams Parkway for the entire length of Brampton.
This route was created from a branch of the 9 Vodden in September 2007 that previously operated via Williams Parkway instead of Vodden (known as the 9B Williams prior to renaming, and before that operating as alternate rush-hour only runs of the 9 Vodden).
