Brampton Transit 2475-2492

Brampton Transit 2475-2492 are 2024 model articulated New Flyer XD60 buses. All of these units are assigned to Brampton's Züm BRT service and painted in full Züm livery. This order is part of an extension of a contract for Züm buses awarded in 2017. There were also 22 conventional buses purchased alongside these buses.
While the contract was for diesel-electric hybrid buses, these buses were built with conventional diesel drivetrains. At the time, an EPA 2024-compliant engine for articulated buses was not available. New Flyer paused production of the XDE60 until the engine became available later in 2024.
