Bombardier DHC-8

The Bombardier DHC-8 (also known as Dash 8 or Q Series) is a commercial aircraft series first developed in 1983, based on the de Havilland Canada DHC-7.

The aircraft was originally developed by de Havilland Canada, the aircraft was transferred to Bombardier after it purchased de Havilland Canada in 1992.

As of June 2019, Bombardier no longer produces the DHC-8 aircraft. DHC-8-400 production was transferred to the new De Havilland Canada.
