The Boeing 737 MAX 8 is a narrow-body short/medium-haul airliner developed by Boeing in the mid-2010s. The 737 MAX 8 is the tenth model developed by Boeing of the Boeing 737. It is the direct replacement for the Boeing 737-800 and the first model to be developed in the Boeing 737 MAX series.
