The Boeing 727 is a narrow-body short-haul tri-jet airliner developed by Boeing in the early 1960s, designed for use at smaller airports with a shorter runway length. It is the third jet aircraft developed by Boeing after the Boeing 707 and Boeing 720.

This aircraft is no longer in development.
