The BYD Auto K7M (also known as the Mid-E or by the model number CK6900LZEV) is a 9-metre, low floor, battery-electric transit bus. It made its first debut at the 2015 American Public Transportation Association Bus & Paratransit Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. This was followed by its Canadian debut at the Canadian Urban Transit Association Trans-Expo later that year in Montreal, Quebec.

The K7M shares its exterior design with the smaller K7 (known as the CK6800LZEV in China). In addition to the length, notable differences include thicker North American standard bumpers, wider front door, and traditionally glazed windows. On production models, the destination sign area is separate from the windshield. In addition, the height of the passenger windows is less than the prototype. Flush-mounted windows are also an option.
