BC Electric 651(1)-654(1) and 658-665 were Mack C41GT buses built in 1947. Blue Line Transit ordered these buses as World War II ended in 1945. High post war demand coupled with Labour issues at the Mack assembly plant meant the buses were not delivered until 1947. By this time Blue Line had been taken over by BC Electric Transit who received the order in batches through 1947. Used for both Transit and sightseeing duties in Victoria, and a number of units were assigned to Nanaimo between 1947 and 1950.

Most or all units became part of the BC Hydro fleet in 1962
