  • Alphonse Deshaies started operating a bus in 1920.
  • In May 1953, the company was incorporated as Autobus Deshaies Ltée.
  • Acquired the bus operation of Entreprises Féro Ltée on September 23, 1970.
  • Ended school bus operations in 1971.
  • Bought Autobus de la Rive-Sud in January 1975.
  • Bought the permit for Quebec to Montreal via route 132 from Métropolitain Sud in 1975.
  • Lévis to St-Pamphile route was sold to Autobus Centre-Sud in 1977.
  • Purchased by Autobus Urbain & Chartrand on September 21, 1979.
  • In May 1997, Deshaies was renamed Autocar Préférence.
