Academy Bus Lines provides local bus service in northern New Jersey, line run service to/from New York City and charter service.

As a result of the bankruptcy of Coach USA, local routes in Bergen and Passaic Counties in New Jersey were assumed by Academy Express LLC, under contract from New Jersey Transit, effective August 17, 2024, as follows:
