week of January 24 Everett Transit B0111, a 1996 Orion V 40' (05.501), is seen at Everett Station Transit Center.
week of February 14 Winnipeg Transit 946, a 2001 New Flyer D30LF, was the last bus operating with the orange livery. It is seen operating route 53 to Norwood.

week of July 11 On July 3, 2021 Ontario Northland’s 23:30 departure to North Bay became the last bus to use the Toronto Coach Terminal. Intercity bus service moved to the new Union Station Bus Terminal the following day.
week of September 19 The Toronto Transit Commission celebrated their 100th anniversary on September 1, 2021! Wraps have been applied to transit vehicles to showcase transportation over the last 100 years. Bombardier Flexity 4484 is seen westbound on Fleet at Stratchan.
week of October 3 On October 2, 2021, Sound Transit's Northgate Link extension opened to the public, adding three new stations and 4.3 miles of track to the 1 line. A set of new Siemens S700 LRVs are pictured here arriving at Northgate Station.
week of November 7 & 14 Airdrie Transit 3731 is seen in downtown Calgary on the 902 ICE route. This unit is a 2021 Nova Bus LFS Artic, one of the first in Alberta, Canada.
week of November 21 This month, Durham Region Transit launched an electric, autonomous vehicle trial in Whitby. The six-kilometre shuttle route begins and ends at the Whitby GO Station, making a loop through the Port Whitby area. Service is provided by an Olli vehicle from Local Motors.
week of November 28 On November 22, 2021, Ontario Northland ran a test train of two locomotives, three Hawker Siddeley coaches, and an Auxiliary Power Control Unit from North Bay to Toronto and back. This was part of a study of the feasibility of bringing back The Northlander service. Ontario Northland has not operated train service to Toronto since 2012 when The Northlander was discontinued.
