JCL
I saw 9013 there at 3:45ish... Was it empty when you saw it? I'm thinking it died there The bus was signed "Out of Service", and was moved up past the service stop for Route 95 and Barrhaven PM Expresses. When I went by it said 60 and still had all of it's passengers in it, but it had already stopped

C.Flat
It was probably broken down, and was fixed immediately... Given the fate of the majority of D40s recently I had assumed it would be retired if it actually had broken down
