First, you used a base image without permission. Doesn't matter how much you used, you still used someone else's work, covered by copyright, without permission. Second what strikes me is why do you

This Instagram account is entirely made up of stolen photos. https://www.instagram.com/the_toronto_brothers/ EDIT: Looks like he learned his lesson, all the stolen pics were deleted.

Isn't that @Silly Tilley? He's one of the most respected board members here... I don't know why you labelled his Flickr Account with stolen pictures... You also can really look for the simulariti

This account from Bahamas Press had too many stolen photos and videos from someone else's social media pages without their permission from their respective owners. Some of the stolen photos had many Jitney buses in the Bahamas  that were posted on their own social media pages and their own websites.

(*Removed due to Copyright*)

This channel has stolen photos of LACMTA buses from their respective owners. Already reported to YouTube for spam.

What you should do is attempt to contact the owner, to which they can file a DMCA against them. Filing as "spam" will get you nowhere.

Too many of today's younger generation of transit and railroad enthusiasts seem to have little concern about ownership or copyrights - to many of them, anything online is free to be used for their own amusement.

That reminds me, the Trans-Pacific Partnership was meant as a way to reinforce copyright laws on the member countries, but personally I never believed that would have any significant impact.

Time to hide your flickr photo's from being publicly searchable on Google. It's not going to do any prevention except you can tell them to **** off when they use the "Found on Google" excuse.

Another reminder to me, I think I still have my account, though the bottom line is that one can see my face, and the photos are almost all in the same few locations.

Perhaps what could be stolen from there are those of a coach that's no more for quite some years now, the Neoplan N516 SHD Starliner, and there are practically nothing regarding these four units in their former selves.

One of them with Durmo Tours: Durmo Tours ex. Buchard Voyages

The owners of the video would have to file the copyright infringement notice.

Yeah, 2 photos are from Streetcar Mike's website; one was 1977 AM General Metropolitan 9635B-6, from the  unknown photographer silde in June 1981 and the 1982 Grumman Flxible 870 ADB 35096-6 was taken in July 1982 when it was brand new.

And another 2 photos from the CPTDB Wiki site; one of the 1995 CNG Flxibles are from  Les Hoffman in 2006 and 30ft CNG Orion V was from the original owner.

The photo credits are shown on the bottom right of each image, so I don't know if I'd characterize these as 'stolen'.
