Thanks for the update, gonna update my list with the current units that have not been in service in the past 2 weeks (Nov 11 - Nov 22):

1054, 1076, 1111, 1114, 1117, 1235, 1244, 1302, 1310, 1362, 1372, 1389, 1394, 1547, 1607, 1715, 1716, 1720, 1725, 1738, 1741, 1743, 1744, 1748, 1752, 3208, 3251, 3295, 3493, 3709, 7976, 8068, 8105, 8112, 8125, 8130, 8140, 8171, 8309, 8362, 8383, 8430, 8446, 8630, 8648, 8691, 8784, 9027, 9032, 9044, 9056, 9070, 9090, 9100, 9107, 9119, 9121, 9140, 9144, 9145, 9147

Units in bold text are new to the MIA list this week. Underlined units are ones that have been indicated to last be stored at Obico Yard.

I should point out that "honourable mentions" go to 1002, 1352, 8040, and 9051 which were all last seen in service on November 11th. 3725 has not appeared active in the past two weeks, but I did see it tracking on Transsee operating along route 6, just not signed into an actual run.

Little late on the update this week, but here are the buses that have not been in revenue service in the past two weeks (Nov 18 - Nov 29):

1002, 1076, 1103, 1122, 1123, 1244, 1362, 1372, 1394, 1547, 1680, 1706, 1715, 1716, 1720, 1725, 1726, 1738, 1743, 1744, 1748, 3208, 3251, 3295, 3493, 3709, 7975, 8032, 8095, 8112, 8123, 8169, 8181, 8204, 8207, 8309, 8362, 8394, 8430, 8439, 8446, 8600, 8630, 8648, 8784, 8863, 9027, 9032, 9033, 9044, 9051, 9054, 9056, 9070, 9090, 9107, 9119, 9121, 9140, 9144, 9145, 9147, 9151

It's Friday, so guess it's time for another update to the buses that have not seen revenue service in the past two weeks (Nov 25 - Dec 6):

1076, 1138, 1139, 1141, 1244, 1316, 1394, 1547, 1680, 3251, 3282, 3292, 3493, 3709, 3729, 7975, 8095, 8123, 8129, 8169, 8210, 8309, 8347, 8362, 8430, 8439, 8446, 8549, 8553, 8560, 8596, 8600, 8630, 8648, 8737, 8768, 8784, 8949, 9027, 9032, 9033, 9044, 9051, 9054, 9055, 9056, 9070, 9088, 9090, 9103, 9121, 9140, 9151

I have removed the 1700-1829 series as only 3 buses (1701, 1710, 1733) are left operating in revenue service; the remaining are training units parked at Obico, so there's no point in listing a dozen plus units here that won't ever see revenue service again. 7909-7954 are also excluded as many of them are Obico units and do not often appear in service on online trackers. As always, units in bold text are new to the MIA list this week.

I spotted 1076 on tow heading eastbound on Rogers at Keele yesterday at around 3:30

I spotted various buses today at Hillcrest. 8095 was parked beside 2444. I couldn’t see it’s damage. 8480 was having brake tests done, based off the destination sign. 1064, 8596 and 8553 are parked on Davenport closer to Christie. 9003 is also parked there, with its mangled front end visible to the street. No sign of 8362. I am assuming it’s inside Hillcrest right now.

1244, 1394, 1680, are Obico units

Had a look at 8095 yesterday. The entire L/F corner is caved in from top to bottom. It is repairable but I have my doubts due to it's age. We'll have to wait for the bean counters to inspect and make their decision.

8095 & 8600 will be out of the lineup for a while due to one of the cleaners at smashing 8095 into a garage door, carrying the door through a storage bay, ramming into the back of 8600. 8600 hit two other units in front of it due to the impact

I have low expectations on this bus returning. But looking at how 7333 had crashed into a building, and returned to service less that a year or before the fleet started to retire... anything is possible

Just because a bus crashed doesn't mean it's not coming back.

You clearly missed my point. 7333 would’ve been retired if 7308 hadn’t suffered an engine fire. Rather than scrap two buses, sacrifice a section of the worst candidate to make a sufficient piece of equipment.
Given that there are retired 79xx units floating around at Hillcrest, will the commission invest the labour to repair and refurbish 8095...?

TTC 1292 may be gone for a bit.  It’s currently being hooked up to a tow on Military Trail across from U of T Scarborough.

The length of its absence will be dependent on what the issue is with the vehicle and how long will it take to fix it. Some vehicles break down and return to service the next day.
