Border City Transit
11 hours ago, PNWTransit said: trolleybus on route 36 on a Sunday... Saw this last weekend (the 17th), strange that 36 was the only route they were being used on Wow. It's been a crazy year (or two... or three?), but that picture reminds me of why I love cities and why I love transit. Thanks for sharing. A welcome treat. An indisputable reminder that, current challenges notwithstanding, cities and transit have a bright future. On Sunday, was 4556 the lone unit running? Or was the entire 36 equipped with trolleys?

It was the entire 36, for some reason, but none of the other routes.
AmaryahJohnson1996
Tuesday, May 3, 2022. 17:41 pm - 18:42 pm. First Hill, Seattle - Federal Way P&R. KCM, rt. 193 peaks (4701) New Flyer Xcelsior Charge XE40. 2021 Bus. I had my first time riding the bus, coach number 4701 on rt. 193 from First Hill, Seattle way to FW P&R, and Freeway I-5. The bus interior count 4+4+4+3+20 total 35 seats and back stair floor increase added a 1 seat total to 20 seats! I didn't like it. The little 40 length ft is awful. Hey, Yes I know talk about it did not like the little 40 length ft feels not comfortable, less than a seat and anyone my favorite the articulated bus more is better than little 40 length ft always. Kennys bus drawings
Does metro still have coaches 1752 to 1755? If so, are they going to be put back into service? I personally prefer them over the 4700s and 4800s

I personally prefer them over the 4700s and 4800s No, KCM has received original training no passengers coaches from 1750 to 1759 by Electric Battery. 1752-1755 sent to Portland, OR now. Double fleet new buses coach 4700’s is a very slow arrive not running in the service and 4800’s more arrives in the service is faster running on time every weekly is quick.

Kennys bus drawings
I always found the bold numbers on the front sign of route 8 buses interesting. All the new and revised routes from last shakeups have normal numbers on the front but bold digits on the driver's and rear boards.

Kennys bus drawings
North base only has one route to downtown Seattle, but it has three routes to First Hill, which is near Central Base. Does the 661 still take drivers to north base after AM peak, like it did with the other peak only routes that used to exist?
