Didn't think that BRT was adding more articulated buses for the conventional route. Unless they are replacing units transferred to Southwest to address a shortage plus with the mileage articulated buses are accumulating on 20 Jane.

I'm surprised as well - to my knowledge, BRT has no service expansion planned for route 90, and there should already be sufficient buses to cover that service with no buses to replace out of BRT. Meanwhile, SW's artics are used much more heavily on route 20, and they need extras due to the expansion of artic service onto the 107 and 107B.

According to Transsee, 2221 entered service yesterday afternoon (November 28), while 2223 entered service today (November 29).

This now leaves 2225 and all of the Miller units to enter service, then the XD40 order for this year is complete.

Will they be getting any electric buses this year or next year?

YRT 2230 is doing a 99/(98/99)

2230 was already reported by @ilovettc as having entered service earlier this morning. There's no need to continue reporting sightings once the vehicle has entered service.

Extra sightings like this only serve to clutter the thread, and create confusion as to when a particular vehicle actually entered service.

By the way, one feature from the new XD60s (I've noticed) is that they feature the Doors Open...Doors Closing announcement for rear doors. I'm not too sure if the 2020 counterparts have them. And BRT division also has a 2022 order of LFSAs on the way.

The 2020 XD60s also have the Doors Opening/Doors Closing announcements. Although the 22s are more aggressive (i.e. 'yelling' at people to stand back when standing near the doors if they're not enabled).
