If anyone is wondering why so many streetcars are unpredictable, nextbus didn't update the schedule for this board period.

It's not just streetcars.

Also, part of the problem is that the TTC made a LOT of small changes to a lot of different routes. It may take a couple of days to get everything up to snuff.

Yes, all the service reductions. People will realize all the apps aren't working properly tomorrow. Most of the changes today are with streetcars such as 501 to Neville Park, 511 busitution and 512 returns to the full route. The 509 shuttle is also gone. Queensway doesn't have to contribute buses to that. Probably why no novas are out from Queensway today.

The 510 is on a diversion between Dundas and College for the whole afternoon thanks to a leaning pole hence why its so unpredictable right now.

Sorry don't understand the 6 didget numbers you used, the car being loaded at TB would that be 4428?

All railway equipment uses a series of letters and numbers to denote its identification. In this case, Nfitz is talking about the three flatcars that have been modified to carry the LFLRVs. All of the flatcars feature the letters "TTIX" which denote the ownership and types of cars, so he uses the remaining 6 numbers - which are different between these three cars - to identify them.

That should be "flatcar", as in the railway flatcar that carries the streetcars (plural).

Go away Walter. The adults are talking.

does anyone still believe that we will have 4430 by years end, that's 3 more cars in 5 weeks...

If 4430 is to be on TTC property by year end, it needs to be out off BBD property for shipment come Dec 24. It's then up to CP to get that car to Hillcrest for off loading by Dec 30/31.

As it stands, that 26 days to ship 3 cars or one every 8-9 days apart. Given BBD track record between cars so far excluding 4402, we may see 4428 only.

White number when car ready to go into service.
