Dutch Croquettes from Ben's Meat and Deli (sort of a very finely ground seasoned veal, breaded and then fried)

Some brandy filled chocolates. Well, it is Christmas after all. Not something I usually indulge in, but they are tasty..

Speaking of liquor... jalapeños + Lambs rum straight = bad idea. Should have just drank toilet bowl cleaner. Probably would have tasted better, burned less, and left less of a feeling of regret.

Is that Johnny Cash's "Burning Ring of Fire" I hear?

They still make inferno brand vodka? Had a pepper in the bottle. The paler it got, the hotter the sauce.

-only ever found it useful for caesars.

Mixed Greens (Red & Green Butter-leaf lettuce, spinach and arugula) with baby grape tomatoes, grated Parmesan, red onion tossed in Three Diamond Dressing WITH a sprinkle of dried Goji Berries.
