It seems Google recently updated the StreetView images in Gatineau.

Big give away was the bike rack on the Sto Artic as last summer was the first year for the Vèlo Bus service.

They've updated it in June 2018 and has been available for viewing a month later *at least on PC/Desktop mode*

That's because the Regional Pass is the same format of the old Monthly pass and none of the Rural partners have/want the presto equipment installed/available.

  • 3 weeks later...

A minor observation - the OC Transpo Voucher scanners at the Trillium Line stations were recently removed. The machines were poorly thought out, as the voucher may have been digitally cancelled, but it wasn't collected so the user could use it again on a bus later. I do not know if this functionality is now integrated with the TVMs.

Starting April 25, 2019, ID cards are only available at the Rideau Centre Customer Service Centre.

  • Child card (ages 6-12)
  • Priority Seating card
  • Senior card (65+)
  • Service Animal card
  • a-card (CNIB / Support Person / AGO Guide Dog)

The Customer Service Centres at Lincoln Fields, St-Laurent and Place d’Orléans Stations will no longer distribute ID cards.

Remember:

  • OC Transpo ID cards are free, but regular fare still applies to ride
  • Priority Seating cards and customers who travel with a Support Person require a note from a health care professional
