It's been one year downtown, since the new "HUB" branding, and few business have closed, one building has collapsed, and it is more inconvenient than ever to navigate to new one way street maze. Remember, go for the "atmosphere".

I like how my Downtown Hub signature gathered now response, but my current one with somewhat attractive females gets one right away. Anyway, 8/10 for you.
