Even though STO service is free during the flooding, passengers are encouraged to deposit cash donations into the fareboxes on board STO buses.  Money raised will be donated to the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

In addition, the STO are giving away 200 free non-personalized "emergency measure" smart cards valid for the month of May.  The cards are also valid on OC Transpo buses and will be distributed by the Red Cross.

The free service will be extended until Sunday May 14th on the Deux-Montagnes and Vaudreuil line

In the Juncas-Adenot days, the 8:45 AM departure would have been made permanent. :P See also Blainville line, Candiac line, Champlain bridge busway, etc.

More free bus rides... for transit employees!

Effective 1 October 2017, the entente for free transit between certain Sociétés de transport (Laval, Lévis, Longueuil, Montréal, Québec, and commuter trains in the Montréal Area) has been expanded to the ARTM (formerly CIT, CRT, and OMIT) systems on the north and south shores! The only exception being MRC de Joliette. Oh well.

What more reason do you need to joint our team!
