Seashore_518203
Does anybody know if the new buses in St Thomas are in service yet? If so, are they only used on weekdays? I was in St Thomas yesterday and there were none of the new buses in service. In fact, they were even short a cutaway as Aboutown had a mini school bus (photo attached) operating on one of the routes. It was a long way to drive just to see some old cutaways. PHATMATT
The new International buses ST.Thomas got are all laid up with a problem from the manufacturer(unknown to me the excat problem). Right now its between the city and the company they got them from as to who is responsible for the repair. The buses have been broke down since december. Aboutown has been filling in with charter cutaways, mini buses, and even some of the thomas 40' buses durring xmas break.

I saw two seniors riding the high floor cutaways on Saturdays with walkers. They were having a tough time getting the walkers up the stairs. Of course, if the low floors were out, it would have been no problem at all. Kevin

And in a pic of the school bus above in another post, there seems to be a 2004 Ford behind it (0401). It is not listed on wiki though. How may are there? MCI Classic
Ugh. It's funny that the service has improved in St Thomas but the the good stuff is long gone. I'd rather take the good old days of two buses running in St Thomas with a Classic and a Ex LT New Look then this cutaway festival of junk.
