Only the 90 VAUGHAN is running to Bathurst Stn during the work at St Clair West Stn. NB 126 CHRISTIE will become a 33 FOREST HILL and run through to Eglinton. SB will reverse this. The 33 and 126 will serve stops on the street outside St Clair West Stn.  Also according to the construction notice the 512 St CLAIR buses will be using the bus loop and the 74 MT PLEASANT & 88 SOUTH LEASIDE will be loading on Pleasant Blvd. for the duration of the project.

The short answer is no or they'll done it already. By having the 511 on Harbord, stops are still served between there and Bloor.

 

They whole area is messed up cause of the closure.

Among the changes:

  • Many routes are starting at 8:00 am or earlier.
  • The biggest surprise is the 300 BLOOR-DANFORTH will be loading west at Kipling Stn. using the 192 AIRPORT ROCKET (300A/B) and terminating east at Kennedy Stn. sharing the 20 CLIFFSIDE and 113 DANFORTH bays instead of looping via North Service, South Service, Transway, and Kennedy continuing east at Eglinton.
  • Also at Kennedy, 334 EGLINTON EAST will load west using the 34 bay and east using the 86E/198 bay as well as 343 KENNEDY sharing the 43 bay.
  • 509 HARBOURFRONT and 511 BATHURST will turn back at Fleet Loop with shuttle buses head to the CNE.
  • As a result of constructions of Chaplin and Forest Hill, 33 FOREST HILL's looping will run clockwise instead of counterclockwise north on Spadina, west on Eglinton, north on Bathurst, east on Roselawn, east and south on Chaplin, west on Eglinton and south on Spadina to route.
  • 514 CHERRY will have one run using one Flexity car. Beginning 2017, the route will use the LFLRVs.

The service memo never said they will service the subway station at all times. It just said the bus bays are moved (during the times when night buses do serve the station). They should have moved them a long time ago to avoid confusion and people running on the platforms. The 300 starts showing up at Kipling around 1am when the subway and the 192 is still running.

The rest is your imagination. TTC won't open up the station terminal overnight for people to loiter around. No surprises, you just failed to read properly again.

Changes out of Wilson division for the September board:

- 5 Avenue Road will be renumbered to the 13 Avenue Road. (Trick question: Can anybody guess why?)

- The 33 Forest Hill route will transfer to Mount Dennis, while the 106 York University will transfer to Arrow Road. 

Lastly, the 74 Mt. Pleasant will assume the main routing of the 103 Mt. Pleasant North to become the 'new' 74 Mt. Pleasant from St Clair Stn to Doncliffe.

If I read the 74 MOUNT PLEASANT article on Transit Toronto, then there's your educated guess dated February 1999.

They should have at least moved the 33 FOREST HILL when Mount Dennis opened in the first place. But I'm surprised 106 is heading back to Arrow Road.

Because 13 Rouge Hill and 13 Neville Park are never coming back.

I wonder when 6 Bay becomes 58 Bay or whatever.

That's a confirmed change. It just hasn't been released to the public yet.

Let's assume it will become the 18 Bay haha ? Maybe we might even see the 19 Bathurst very far down the road.

Earlier bus service Sundays on 80 routes also means earlier finish for 300/320 runs. People were standing on the streets waiting for their usual night bus that never came and the scary thing is it will take a few months for every one to catch on.....

That's so true. I notice there are still people on Bloor waiting for the 300 past 8:30am on Sundays. I wonder if it's the convenient or they just have no clue

That was the first week so we'll see what happens next week.....not to mention people on those 80 routes didn't realize there was earlier service as well.

The 33/126 interline is still in place for next board. The 33 may probably end up back at Wilson once the streetcar construction east of SCW finishes.

New branches next board:

34A Eglinton East: Eglinton Stn. - Kennedy Stn. (replaces 34)

34B Eglinton East: Don Mill. - Kennedy Stn.

34C Eglinton East: Eglinton Stn. - Flemingdon Park (Ops using the 34C to Kennedy Stn. sign in 2015 is going to mess with everyone's minds)

131F Nugget Express: Kennedy Stn. - Scarborough Centre Stn.

191C Highway 27 Rocket: Kipling Stn. - Humber College via Atwell (replaces the old 191C to Steeles via Royalcrest branch)

191D Highway 27 Rocket: Kipling Stn. - Steeles via Royalcrest

I'm not sure why they didn't keep the 100B. The only branch left is the 100A. Those who need the 100B branch on Linkwood would be forced to transfer to the 34C. I guess the new 34C could load at the former 100 bus bay to reduce confusion. On the plus side, service on Linkwood would receive full service oppose to rush hour only.

 

For streetcar shuttles for next board:

501 Dufferin-University: Wilson. NO CHANGE

504 trippers: Eglinton. Formerly MtD/Birchmount with a few Eglinton runs (pre-summer boards). 

506 High Park-Church (weekday): MtD and Birchmount. Birchmount replaces Eglinton.

506 High Park-Main Street Stn (weekend): MtD, Malvern and Birchmount. Birchmount replaces Eglinton.

509/511 Exhibition Shuttle: Queensway. Previously Wilson (pre-summer board, Queensway/Birchmount did the full route replacement in July).

512 Oakwood-St Clair Station: MtD and Wilson. Previously Arrow also operated the full route.
