kevlo86
So National has at least one what looks to be a fairly new D4505 and at least one brand new Prevost H3-45. So keep an eye out! Saw them both heading NB on the QE II between Red Deer and Calgary this morning.
BCT-3122-D800-10240
There are at least two D4505's that I know of... One of them was plaiin white with no decals or fleet numbers and at the same time, I spotted #213 which is also a D4505. Here's a pic of #213: http://www.flickr.com/photos/vehicle-images/7619691656/ . However, that H3-45 is news to me! Drove past their yard last night and didn't see one. BCT-3122-D800-10240
Recently, I noticed #153 appeared to be alive / ressurected. It has moved from her spot where she was for at least 3 to 4 years now and was parked in the middle of the yard by the Orion I and the Neoplan AN/440 and was sitting aired up. Also, I forgot to add these photos of two Blue Birds from National. They have two painted with black between windows and one with no black between the windows. I have not seen any fleet numbers on them at all yet. And now, this past Sunday, I spotted #153 out and about on the road on Highway #1 by C.O.P. in Calgary. Attached are a few images to go with these notes:
Prevost
National #191 Prevost H3-45: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dansmotorcoachgallery/7729967606/in/photostream
BCT-3122-D800-10240
#153 is apparently operating a Calaway Park shuttle service. Not sure, but I believe they are operating the employee shuttle services this year that has been operated in the past by First Student and Southland Transportation. BCT-3122-D800-10240
A few days ago I spotted a plain white Prevost H3-45 in National's yard with the new style back end. I could not see if it was actually a brand new unit or not though.

Ex Ontario Northland Transportation Commission. It's a 2007 according to the driver too. My guess is it was leased by the ONTC, since they would be unlikely to sell a bus of that age. They have been buying used GO Transit coaches lately, or leasing new Prevosts.
Shaun
I wonder if it was the one that had a rusted front rim causing rust to spray all over the wheel well. Does anyone know which bus i'm talking about?

dev161
Is National starting operations in Ontario ? There have been a few National School Buses roaming around Ottawa. I saw 1 BlueBird All American parked on Moodie road across from Quesnel Bus Line's yard , I also caught a glimpse of a IC CE300 on Merivale Rd heading Southbound. Looks like what you've seen in Ottawa are actually "National Express Group" buses. This is a company based in the UK and own Stock Transportation. They appear to be rapidly expanding and have recently purchased smaller school bus companies across Ontario. Perhaps National is a re-branding of Stock School Buses which is a bit ironic because they pulled completely out of Ottawa in 2014 but I am finding many current job postings for them in the NCR. Perhaps they are coming back to replace First Bus which is now leaving. Anyways here's a photo I grabbed today at Rideau and King Edward. We may want to continue this in a new topic:
