Nope (Assuming you're referring to my pics), he/she was walking around too, no eggs, just really calm

Calm eh, maybe not your ordinary grass :P . Just sometimes when they hunker down on the ground like that they're on some eggs. I do know they 'nest' on the ground. Usually a bit more concealed than out in the open like that though.

I got distracted from bus photos today by a very mellow Canada Goose that didn't mind my presence. I did have a high zoom camera lens with me

thats awesome, i love canada geese. the best photos are when they look right at the camera and its almost like they are saying "what are you looking at?"

Expect some very special Chicago residents in this thread. One of them even came right up to Martin's camera and gave it a hug. Sweetest thing I've ever seen.

A couple of ducks in Stanley Park in Vancouver, no there's nothing wrong with the water, it just looks weird in the photo for some reason.

Loons...

Should have uploaded a group shot from a charter. That caption would have held true.

Keep your distance when this guy is around, unless when you get a few metres away from him he runs away like a chicken.

Oh Gawd! I saw one of them on Centre St. in Calgary while deadheading back to the garage around 1235 AM this morning...

Not exactly sure if you'd call this "wild life" but... it's a pigeon that wandered into the terminal at YVR

I spotted a pigeon in Los Angeles Union Station near the Metro customer service counter today -- perhaps he just wanted to purchase a TAP card...

Nice pigeon. How come the airport is empty? Everyone scared of the pigeon ? :(

Not this time but you just wait, someone will use a bird in some sort of half-brained terrorist plot...

Anyway it was around 5PM in the international terminal, the morning and afternoon flights had already left, the overnight ones were a few hours away, only commuter flights in and out, the domestic terminal was busier.
