I saw ontario northlands new blue prevost but of course didnt have my camera once again. It came from North Bay thursday evening and was replace with 5042 on the Hearst run.

From a garage point of view, it's a godsend. Most of the wearable parts are available from the local truck dealerships.

Easier than an MCI Coach?

Easier than an MCI Coach?

Not easier, more readily available.

In my experience with mci, they love using relays and other incedentals made specifically for them.

They do make a good bus, don't get me wrong- but if you need a part, expect to have to order it directly from them.

Go into your local truck shop parts counter in say, New Liskeard, and theyll just give you a confused look. :)

Spotted a brand new Ontario Northland Prevost I had yet not seen before: white 5211 (license plate 328 4BF)

Cool new design

Nice! Looks like that matches the coaches 5211 to 5215 I saw being delivered on May 23rd.

Hello everyone. I was just wondering if Ontario Northland has a division of motor coach operators in Toronto and if so what is the rate of pay? Nice new prevost x3-45's btw.

The new X3-45s look great. From what I've seen they're spec'd similarly to the Greyhound ones. We had a Northland charter in June, and word was that if we got a "new" bus (which I assume to be an x3-45) it would have power and Wi-Fi, and the older bus would only have Wi-Fi. Of course we got an MCI, but the Wi-Fi was excellent through the entire trip from North Bay to Stratford and Back.

I saw the all white Prevost left broken down on the side of Hwy 11 a few months ago, the only marking is the ZZZ on the front and the ownership on the sides - odd.

Ontario Northland has also updated their website, http://www.ontarionorthland.ca/en/, including a Video with some great shots of the new busses throughout and in the Pictures section and in their video. Interesting that the new buses are the only ones used in all the pictures throughout the site.

I have to take the bus this week, hopefully I'll get to ride a new one.

I wonder why most of ontario northland buses are plain white now

961, 962, 981, 5991, 5001, 5051, 5032, 5033, 5041, are all plain white

Probably because they are going ti be re-decalled like the new Prevosts?
