Isaac Williams
Although most of the "GRANT EXPRESS" part in the top right is cut off, this route book page from 1997 seems to suggest that the Grant and Grant Express routes were considered the same at that time. Other route book pages from 1997 also do not show 65, but do show 66.
cslusarc
In the 90s there was also a 47 "Red" Transcona Express before the 46 was launched.

Instead of having the destination on a separate sign, it is displayed underneath the route name. I find that is easier to see and probably saves wear and tear on the signs. I wonder if all buses can display two lines on the front sign. Do you mean "stacked" like Vancouver?

ConnorsCompShow
A group of 10+ employees of businesses in and around Seasons of Tuxedo went to Kevin Klein to complain that R677 ends too early at 10:15 PM. In response, Klein put forward a motion at the Assiniboia community committee seeking urgent action by IRPW that R677 service hours be extended sometime past 10:45 PM, specifically, "beginning May 6, 2022". http://clkapps.winnipeg.ca/DMIS/permalink.asp?id=A20220427(RM)AC-13 He also wants to blow the doors open on the advisory committee by subjecting their proceedings to the same livestreaming/DMIS/delegations that one would expect of other components/committees of council. http://clkapps.winnipeg.ca/DMIS/permalink.asp?id=A20220427(RM)AC-
Isaac Williams
Looking at the schedules, I think all they'd need to do is add 1 extra round-trip to the night 677 to accomplish that goal. Though, it would be nice if it and the other 600 routes ran past midnight, especially the 600's that replaced older routes that ran past midnight. Weekday service on the route the 677 replaced (the 84), which ran until 11:30, wasn’t even targeted by the hit list.

Another “cut” that was noticeable was that the 51 used to run until 1:30am on weekdays and now the 676 only runs until 10:30pm. Now after 10:30pm to get across the red river from u of m to st vital centre you either have to use on-request (which has been increasingly unreliable ever since the service zones were expanded) or go downtown and come back south. Isaac Williams
Looks like the bike racks are finally coming back out, now that the snow is hopefully gone for good (hopefully I don't jinx it...). So far some of the 100-series LFR's and 400-series XD40's have them. None of the XD60's have them quite yet (at least, none of the ones on the road today).
