CITSV 1231 on charter in Cornwall ON this morning (Prevost Coach)

The CITSV New Flyer MiDi now has a number: 1242. Usually see it leaving CEGEP Edouard Montpetit around 430pm.

CITVR RTS still alive... this week I have personally seen 602 and 607 (the latter operating this PM rush on 200 ExpressO seen on Hwy 116 EB on approach to A30 around 630pm).

The following can were spotted in a scrap yard on the south shore of Montreal

SJSR

  • 3444
  • 3534
  • 5450
  • 8394

Based on the photos, I guess you meant 3524 for SJSR. It is too bad this was retired as it was one of only 3 30'RTS buses bought by the CIT companies. With the one in Joliette appearing a few months ago on the web for sale, does anybody know what happened to the 3rd 30' RTS?

I have been trying hard to find out about the 3rd 30ft RTS that Groupe Gaudreault but no luck into finding it. In the Rapid Transit Series published by Iconografix, it clearly states that Groupe Gaudreault had 3 of them at one point(29021 to 23), and confirmed that 29022 has become Joliette's 1000 which has been retired and was sold to Cityview in Etobicoke about a year ago. The bus was listed for sale at $25000 at that time and have no clue where it was being sold to after. SJSR 3524 is ex Groupe Gaudreault 29023 as shown on CPTDB wiki, and hence the one we are missing out here is 29021

Great pictures thx for sharing, wondering if CITL still has any RTS active in the fleet or not? I notice #641, the only one that was decalled into the new CITL scheme, was in the scrap line too..............

Looks like some of the LFS in SJSR are still running there for the time being while they wait for the remaining Vicinity buses which arrived today.
