Glad to see the website up and running again!

Just one thing....

Looking at the Kingston Transit section there are only 7 photos shown yet the index mentions that there are 14. Any chance of this getting fixed?

Also if I can help your website grow by donating some photos of Kingston buses please let me know.

I just took a look into the missing photos. They are on the server, just apparently it's an older version of the index.html file. Within the next few days I'll try to get around to rebuilding the index.html file to include the missing images.

And yes, we would be intersted in adding more Kingston photos.

And an update from today...

May 1, 2007: Updated the Brandon section with photos of #1, 2, 3, 19, 40, 51.

New computer arrives in 1 week. I will hopefully get one update done before I leave for holidays.

As well, Mike might be able to update Barp within the next week or so.

Continued from the Ontario section... Guelph Artic thread...

I DO NOT want any replies to this posting.

I have outlined how to contact me if you feel the need to comment.

I'm sorry that people can't respect others in this hobby.

J Braniff- I do not believe Kyle W is the one acting Childish.... It is Mike From Edmonton who is acting like a 6 year old who has had his bag of candy "Stolen" by Kyle W

Kyle has made some valid points here...

Martin had said he would have let this one go... So lets all just leave it !

M. Parsons- Lets forget (for now) about anything that has happened.

Lets say, Kyle, you just spent hundreds of dollars aquiring some slides.

Lets say you then spent about $50 scanning said slides.

Lets say, Kyle, you then saw someone ripping said slides off and rebranding them.

How would you feel?

Kyle- Well, I wouldn't buy the slides in the first place.

See, J. Braniff, Kyle never answered my question. In fact, Kyle has answered very few questions. Hence, M. Parsons is not happy and "let this one go" is not an option. Kyle has yet to answer where he aquired said image, as requested by mike, from edmonton, considering these images were never published, or made avalible, on the Barp.ca website. Rather they were only avalible to a select few, and someone leaked them without prior permission from me. He also also failed to explain why he removed my watermark from the image that credited Bill Miller.

There is only one logical reason why he refuses to answer these questions. He knew that he was doing something wrong, if not legally wrong, then at the very least morally and ethically wrong.

In fact, I gave Kyle a chance to save face. He could have said "I see your point of view, I'm sorry." Kyle has instead simply skirted the issue, and in fact mocked me for purchasing said slides that he has taken the time to steal and must obviously enjoy, by removing the copyright info I placed on said images.

I'm sorry for sharing.

Kyle, please re-read our previous dicussions in the Barp.ca thread. I am not claiming ownership to the copyright. If I didn't make it clear, there's a chance, that despite selling an original slide, Bill Miller does still retains copyright. Anyways, considering I still put © Bill Miller on the image, would seem to acknowledge the fact that Bill Miller could still have copyright. Don't believe me? See the image I posted previously.

Kyle seems to not want to acknowledge that the image in question, I hold the actual, original, slide . That slide is my property. Kyle seems to hate to back down. Does he hate to be wrong? Can he admit to being wrong? Would he ever be able to admit that, without me, that image might not be avalible?

Anyways, here's the deal everyone.

Any photos not taken by M. Parsons, Mike Dasher, or Ken Baker will promtly be removed from Barp.ca to prevent this from happening in the future. Easiest thing to do.

By "promptly" I actually mean whenever I get around to it and, until then, there is limited access to Barp other than to Me and Mike Dasher and anyone I feel deserves it.

Do you hate that I try to share the history of transit with you? Or, do you like that I share what images (slides) I have purchased? (for the record, Bill Miller's slides were the 3rd such collection I had spent my own money purchasing). Feel free to email me, or probably PM me once access to Barp has been restricted. I will consider the number, and type of, responses as to whether or not I continue to share my collection with everyone, or squirel it away and only share it with

the people I have faith in and trust.

You can also let Kyle know how you feel if you don't like my choices.

Feel free to contact me if you are looking for any specific images. There's a chance I might be able to share something with you.

Mike, I know I've been holding you back. If you want to take the gloves off, go for it. Enjoy.
