Before posting the bus (16-xxx and 17-xxx) that has the suburban trash seating, I want to know if you guys know any others that I don't have; if you have some others just list them here, and I'll add on the wiki because before posting them I still have to do something else.

So here's the one I have:

#16-134, #16-135, #16-178, #17-002, #17-013, #17-017, #17-027

Any others that you guys know?

thank You!

There tons of them that got that ugly seating.. Isn't every bus from 16-110 to 17-030 suburban seating? Or else why would the STM have put in this random seating plan?

My guess is that everything from 16-130 to about 17-046 has the suburban seating.

To help with the suburban seating list, I can confirm that SL 17-037 definitely has it.

Added final survivors section to all 21 to 25 and 44 series new look sections. It's basically a list of all buses in each series that survived till the end in 2002. So if we had fanned in 2002 to catch the last new looks in Montreal, those would have been the ones we would have saw running.

Just to know what you think of the major overhaul i've done to the RTC page, still a lot of english corrections to do but let's evaluate the frame

http://www.cptdb.ca/wiki/index.php?title=R..._de_la_Capitale

Some corrections for RTC powertrain fleet:

9501-51 Classic have B400R 5-speed, not V731

9901-25, 0001-25 still have ZF HP500

Since when 0101-25 have B400R? Isn't still ZF as Nova standard?

For the 01 - They are Allison powertrain

For the other 2, i will check

Sadly when it comes to the buses pre-STM, we will have to do rosters for:

STCUM http://www.cptdb.ca/wiki/index.php?title=S...e_Montr%C3%A9al

CTCUM http://www.cptdb.ca/wiki/index.php?title=C...e_Montr%C3%A9al

and possibly even CTM http://www.cptdb.ca/wiki/index.php?title=C...e_Montr%C3%A9al

We might as well duplicate applicable photos from STM to STCUM for starters. But if others want to have a go at thumbnails, that could be cool too.

You can duplicate what i did for the 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 33 and 44 series new looks for the STCUM and CTCUM pages. As for all the other series of new looks, I don't have info, but I know MTL Bus Pat has an older roster that has garage allocation for them. If he wants, he can scan me the pages and I"ll do the lists or he can do it himself, but I don't think he's a wiki editor.

Detailed information is likely not necessary as garage allocations have changed many times in the past. VINs don't change but sometimes license plates do. This is going to be a very complicated process unfortunately. I can be very happy with just thumbnails of pictures. I think most people here would agree, and want to concentrate on the present and not the past.

The only people I know that took old Montreal New Look pictures are not ont his board and don't even have the internet for that matter... You have to get copyright permission first from the author before you put up the picture on the wiki. I know that Bob and Claude who supplied me with tons of Montreal New Look pictures do not want their photos on the net. So I'm limited to just my personal photos I took to post up.

I think that's good enough anyway. I think everyone here is doing a really kickass job. For once we're leaving other people in the dust! :) The most important thing though as I wrote is to keep up with stuff in the present. Doing past stuff is a luxury.
