Looks like Airdrie Transit has not 1 but 2 NOVA artics!

Here is 3731 on its first revenue run!

I wonder if the D60LFR's have been pulled from service.

Also anyone know if bus 3712 the 2012 Arboc is still active?

So whatever happened too 3700-3702??

Have they been scrapped?

For those wondering about 3700-3702, 3702 is in service this morning according to the tracker.

Probably for repairs or something related.  Prevost and NovaBus are both owned by Volvo.

Thanks I knew that Prevost & Nova were both Volvo owned just figured a newer bus needing service from a dealer was odd. Thanks for the clarification!

It would actually be more likely to see a new bus sitting at a dealership than an old one. New buses would have most of their repairs performed under warranty; the manufacturer would do those warranty repairs themselves using their own techs. Once out of warranty, the transit agency is free to use whichever shop they want, for whatever price.

Ah yes I forgot about warranty that makes much sense. Thank you for the info!

I know that both 3730 and 3731 both had a vibration issue of a possibility wheel being out of balance a day after I originally first posted them.

This seems to be the case as 3730 is now at Prevost no sight of 3731
