Every 40 footers (except the 2016 16xx Nova Hybrids) comes out of des Rocailles garage, so it can be assigned on any routes, since it's a "L"imited use bus, you will likely see it in operation during rush hour.

Zone 2 : Wendake, Saint-Émile, Lac-Saint-Charles Notre-Dame-des-Laurentides (Northeast) : Weekdays 9am to 3pm then 6pm to 11pm, weekends 6am to 11pm
Zone 3 : Courville and Montmorencu (Beauport East) - Daily 6am to 11pm

Taxi COOP is the operators of the 9 Flexibus vans, you can ride those with any valid RTC fare, vans have OPUS reader but you cannot pay your fare cash when starting a journey on Flexibus. Also tickets bought on the RTC Nomade app are also valid.

Boischatel dumped the RTC and its dial-a-bus gimmick in 2019. PLUmobile is now servicing the suburb with a free shuttle that runs continuously from 7AM to 11PM with connection at Chute-Montmorency (metrobus). A second shuttle is operating during peak period, starting at 5:30AM. Before COVID, ridership grew by 75% while the pricetag was slashed 350k$/year compared to RTC services .

After 6 years of operation as a Metrobus (ok, we just put articulated bus on it and did nothing else to justify it), RTC will improve the 3rd busiest route of the network, Metrobus 807

- Route change will happen between Nérée-Tremblay and de Villers, buses will use Quatre-Bourgeois boulevard instead of Chemin Sainte-Foy to avoid this often congested area. That also improves connections with the eXpress at Laval University.
- Some stops will be abolished others relocated
- 54 new generation shelters will be installed
- 20% more accessible stops
- More at stop information display

Also, according to the 2022 budget ( https://cdn.rtcquebec.ca/sites/default/files/2021-12/Budget 2022_VF.pdf  ), it seems like the RTC plans to buy a singular hybrid artic, possibly to replace 0953 or 1065...

...speaking of 1065, is it safe to assume it's retired?

There was an article in Le Soleil about L'Ancienne Lorette RTC riders not being happy with the new fall schedule.

There is indeed significant service cuts that will be implemented. Route 80 was running with a 30 minutes headway but will now be every hour after 7pm in l'Ancienne-Lorette, half hour headway will be kept between Terminus Les Saules and Downtown. Route 79 is also seing cuts as fewer services weekdays will do the extended route to Belvédère

The first agency in Québec to run double deckers on a continuous, regular basis is... Well, no you haven't guessed it right; it's PLUMobile, who has an Alexander Dennis Enviro500 numbered 88 servicing their most frequented routes since two weeks now.

With Unitours as their operator (who has been for the last two decades holding open-top double deckers for Old-Québec tourist routes), it seemed like the logical choice to provide for more capacity on the express routes from Beaupré to Quebec and Sainte-Foy.
