@nthony2005
I took 28-080 this afternoon on the 193, it’s been awhile I haven’t taken a 28. Felt different from always riding a 26 or a 25 series lol. 27-529 was also doing the 193 jarry!

Gerbil
Yesterday: I took RTL 20504 on the 170. Considering how terrible the service is and that I was going against peak, the ridership was pretty good (about 10 other people). Today: I took 28-707 on the 90 around 17:00.

Frozen Yogurt
32-809 was on the 121 yesterday, not tracking. Gladly skipped it and walked instead. Maybe soon this kind of sightings will be more common, it seems like Legendre should be getting their first hybrids soon, and they may replace the artics with 40 footers during the snowstorms (off-peak). I noticed it's getting hard to see the 37 series on SN runs lately, not that it really matters anymore. Spotted as usual tons of ISL9s today (for example 31-168 on the 171, 31-192 and 31-094 on the 128 within a few minutes) and not a single 37 series. 30-011 was on the 171 around 18:30, full of passengers up to the windshield as usual. I took 29-855 on the 121 this evening.

Blue Hybrid Bus
40-189 was on the 215, the narrow window beside the rear doors was cracked. 32-031 was on the 70 SN extra. I saw a 37-series also signed as the 70 on Ste-Croix but it wasn't tracking. 31-083 and 37-015 were on the 170 SN extra. A bit like living in the past since 31-083 used to be at SL while SN had the 170 route in 2017 so there would be lots of 37-series on that route. Frozen Yogurt
Two metro disruptions in a day... not my lucky day at all. I was planning on getting 30-838 on the 121-E (so rare to have an ISL artic on this run) and 29-035 on the 144 this morning, but the orange line was down from Montmo to Beaubien. I had to go towards Côte-Vertu instead on the 121, with 30-831 overflowing with Laurenhill students (Wednesdays are always so dreadful)... and the driver yelling at passengers (in a not so polite way) to move behind the yellow line. Come on, it only comes every 14 minutes! Just radio in about the overcrowding if you find it uncomfortable... Even worse in the evening: the metro had problems all afternoon, and the trains I took had to queue at each station for extended periods. The icing on the cake however is coming out at Côte-Vertu to see I have the choice between 31-084 and 30-852... I give up with Stinson. I had a long day, was tired and I took 31-084. I never thought it's going to be so difficult to even see a hybrid these days. If they love the ISL9s so much they should probably send the 37 series to Legendre for their entire stock of 31 series. I’d honestly rather a 3rd gen (I can’t believe I’m saying this) over the sea of plastic seat 38s and 40s I take each day. I’ve had few 28s surprisingly (the ideal SL bus). Definitely not as exciting as pre-covid when I’d get 22s, 23s, 24s, 28s almost daily. The hybrids are good, just leave me feeling stiff for the day. I vote massaging seats for Gen 5!

I've come to like the 40/41-series. The lack of inner plastic layer makes it easier to see out the windows, especially at night. IMO the 38/39-series were the worst in terms of the interior. Maybe I only like them because I don't have any other choice? - Stinson had a lot of cancellations today. Two 465-N's in a row were missing, as was the 119-N I intended to take. Today's 465-N schedule is on the left, while the theoretical one is on the right. Made for a crowded 165 ride on 29-805!

Gen 5, I hope they actually come with seats and windows lol. I might be the oddball one here, but I'll take anything over ISL9s! I guess the only reason I'm kind of upset with the current state of Stinson is I barely took any old buses before the pandemic. It was always lots of 30/31 series on the 16 (back when it ran out of St-Laurent), and 31/33 series on the 165. Then I got stuck with Stinson in 2018 and only took 9 2nd gens that year. It got a lot better in 2019, but when I finally had the chance to take the "good old" St-Denis in 2020, I barely had any occasion for rides before everything went south in March. Anyway, I'll have to take what I have, so there's no use for me to lament anymore. To be honest, I consider your luck great for always getting the 38/40 series, the last time I needed to take a SL route it was a 30 series that came... Spotted 40-907 doing road tests yesterday and STL 2053 deadheading. Today: 29-803 was on the 121, but got replaced by 31-860 . I took 37-095 on the 121E.
