Today's Sightings

Took 38-027 on the 205. The driver had some problem applying and releasing the parking brake. The driver was pulling something on her left side and there was a lot of pressure air (not sure about the technical terms but the "pshhhh" sound).

Anyone have an idea on what could be the problem?

Mont Royal's 30-080 was on the 33 this afternoon.

St. Laurent's 28-092 was also on the 33.

Frontenac's 23-228 was on the 43.

iBus: Mont Royal's 25-208 on the 90, Mont Royal's 26-026 on the 18, Mont Royal's 26-071 makes a comeback to Frontenac on the 136, St. Laurent's 28-096 on the 18, LaSalle or Stinson's 24-307 on the 18

LaSalle or Stinson's 24-303 was on the 141 today.

Frontenac's 26-060 was on the 141 along with 26-063. 26-063 doesn't have the yellow bumper so could this be a Mont Royal bus by chance?

Mont Royal's 27-020 was on the 141 and St. Laurent's 28-129. But the strange thing is, I have never seen this bus on St. Laurent routes and last time I have seen it also on the 141 coincidentally, it was a Stinson bus!

Mont Royal's 30-080 was on the 44. This bus later resurfaced on the 141 at night according to iBus.

30-092 was on the 32 with big numbers on the front.

@Matt Demers26-063 is not Mont-Royal's. Its most likely at Anjou if it does not have a yellow bumper. As for its siblings 064-066, I can't be sure.

- Frontenac's 26-043 was En Transit on Sherbrooke/Cavendish at about 11:00 most likely headed to do the 51.

- Legendre's 24-267 was on the 138 at the same time.

- 28-116 was on the 105 once more this evening(162-44).

Today: 

SL 38-063 on the 171

36-018 on the 165

LE 30-802 (defective front display) and 32-802 also on the 165

Also it  seems MR 30-086 might have been involved in a crash (Pictures below, Source: Montreal Car Spotting group on Facebook)

Lastly I spotted an Artic on the 100 during today's PM rush. I was too far so I couldn't the numbers.

Yesterday:

- 28-116(162-44) and Mont-Royal's 30-054 were on the 105 in the evening. Do drivers chose which bus they want to take to do their assignements?

- Anjou's(?) 23-224 was on the 75 at around 18:00.

- St-Laurent's 31-078 was on the 61 in the evening at around 22:15.

Today:

- Legendre's 23-208 was on the 406 this morning.

- St-Denis's 26-083 was on the 406 this evening at around 17:00.

- St-Laurent's 28-120 was on the 105 at 17:50.

- LaSalle or Stinson's 24-301 was on the 33 this evening at 19:45 close to Langelier metro.

I was wondering the same thing, since run 02 of 16 always has the same driver, and we always get a hybrid (no exceptions yet), and another run always gets retrofitted 747 buses.

Same here. I've mentioned this in the 22-XXX thread but some 419 runs that get the same driver seem to never have 2nd gens. None of the 18 419 runs have to be accessible or have cameras.

For whatever strange reason, 38-019 was parked on some random residential street: Rue des Hirondelles in Kirkland with the display off. Police were directing traffic at the intersection of Ste-Marie and Meaney and a few cars were pulled over. No idea what happened. This was around 14:45.

Mont Royal's 25-234 was parked outside Stinson, their 25-231 and 25-240 parked outside Frontenac.

32-029 was on the 94 with a white Maje wrap.

23-229 was on the 141 in the afternoon.

Mont Royal's 25-228 was on the 29 in the morning and their 27-020 on the 141 this evening.

28-115 was on the 209 this afternoon. Back from St. Denis.

Legendre's 29-829 was on the 470.

LaSalle's or Stinson's 24-298 was my 141 home.

St. Laurent's 28-092 was the 141 after that.

iBus: 23-209 on the 24, Frontenac's 31-235 on the 44, Mont Royal's 25-223 on the 106, St. Denis' 23-211 on the 90

That's a fair assumption since they do have a good chunck of 23s and have the most 22s according to the spreadsheet. I also wouldn't be surprised if they were to be sent at Anjou or Legendre.

If St. Denis needs renovations to accommodate hybrids like Mont Royal and St. Laurent did, I doubt they'll get any. The garage is slated to be replaced by CT Bellechasse in 2022.

I hope Anjou gets them since their last new buses original to them were in 2010.

26-041 was on the 15 today.

32-007 with the Marie Yvonne Paint wrap was on the 129.

Recently minted Frontenac bus 31-052 was the sole bus on the 815 today.

26-034 was on the 769. I don't ever remember seeing a 2nd gen on this route.

23-209 was on the 29.

Anjou's 27-013 was on the 10.

23-213 was on the 95.

Frontenac's 26-039 and 26-060 were on the 141.

iBus: 23-229 on the 44, Mont Royal's 30-059 on the 44, Mont Royal's 25-235 on the 49, Frontenac's 32-014 on the 187, St. Denis' 26-078 makes a comeback to it's former garage on the 29 and 23-224 on the 24

I'm kind of late bringing this up, but Stinson basically only has the hybrids and 747 buses. The 747 buses generally get put out on shorter rush hour trips, so if a run is out all day (like 16-02), it basically will only get hybrids.

I took 31-176 on the 90-W at 17:20 today. It was supposed to be 90-30, but I'm not sure if it was or not. The run box said 54, and the driver was clearly unfamiliar with the route. Perhaps a FR driver did overtime to fill in for 90-30 after he was supposed to return to the garage?

Saint-Denis will close definitly in 2019.  CT Stinson & Legendre will get the majority of the routes & buses of Saint-Denis until CT Bellechasse is activate.  Anjou will receive the majority of the hybrids coming out next year and I heard that Lasalle & Stinson could be in the mix (rumours).
