Due to the Vanier Sugarfest, route 19 won't be able to travel along Peres-Blancs Avenue during the mornings and afternoons.

Some buses were actually running up to the Muséopark yesterday when I was there, despite the road being closed.

IMHO, that was a better option than having mobity-impaired passengers make their own way to and from the nearest bus stop on Marier Avenue, which is about half a mile away from Richelieu Park.

Ahhh, I see what you mean now. I think this loop via Laurier Station that you're talking is the instructions for buses leaving the layup as it makes its way back towards the Rideau Centre, but I'm not sure.

Yup. Officially, 5s are supposed to lay up on Nicholas facing north, just south of Daly.

I'm not even sure why OC Transpo runs a 1/2 hour service which only circles through Tunney's Pasture on Sundays (route 159). I don't think that the Tunney's Pasture campus is that big that the majority of people can't walk from the main Tunney's Station to the various buildings.

It's more for the older folks on Parkdale that can't walk from the buildings to the Station.

They just corrected it now with the direction of how the detour will work. Especially when it can easily be misinterpreted (though, they also do the same detour routing in the early mornings, late evenings and weekends/holidays).
